Pete was born, raised and trained in the UK. He now calls Yeppoon home having moved here in 2003.
Pete’s interests are skin cancer and minor surgery, chronic disease management and the education of medical students and GP trainees.
Originally from North Queensland, Chris studied medicine at the University of Queensland. He worked throughout hospitals in Brisbane before moving to the Capricorn Coast in 2016 to complete his general practice training and now holds a Fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. Chris is available for all general appointments for patients at Emu Park.

Dr Elaheh Azimi obtained her medical degree in Iran from the Qazvin University of Medical Sciences in 2016. Dr Ela enjoys all aspects of general practice including women’s health, chronic disease management and whole family care. Ela is available at both our Taranganba and Emu Park practices.

Ana brings over 14 years of experience to our team and is highly skilled in providing comprehensive patient care. Her diverse background, combining medical training in both Iran and Canada, enables her to offer a unique, well-rounded approach to healthcare.
With her strong clinical knowledge and compassionate care, Ana has made a significant impact on the health and well-being of her patients.
Hanieh graduated from Shiraz University of Medical Sciences in 2020. Originally from Iran, she brings a wealth of knowledge and a strong commitment to patient care. She is interested in all areas of general practice, including paediatrics, obstetrics and gynaecology, and chronic disease management. Hanieh provides a patient focused approach to general medicine.
Dr Aygin graduated as a General Practitioner in 2021 in Iran and relocated to Australia with her family in 2024.
She brings a strong background in public health and has a special interest in skin health, women’s health, and chronic disease management.
Emma graduated from the university of Melbourne medical school in 2019. She has spent 5 years working in intensive care and Emergency in Brisbane and rural NSW before moving to Yeppoon in 2025 to complete her GP training.
